  2. State a complaint and confirm if the registered mobile number is still active or not
  3. The support team will send a request form to change the recipient’s PIN or to change the mobile number (for an inactive mobile number)
  4. Complete and sign the request form, for guidance please click the following link
  5. Send the signed form back to [email protected] using the registered email
  6. Wait for the verification process or until the changes of your data has been completed
