Guidelines to solve problems regarding Fasapay email recipient:
- Contact FasaPay support at https://fasapay.com/
- State a complaint and confirm if the registered mobile number is still active or not
- The support team will send a request form to change the recipient’s PIN or to change the mobile number (for an inactive mobile number)
- Complete and sign the request form, for guidance please click the following link
- Send the signed form back to [email protected] using the registered email
- Wait for the verification process or until the changes of your data has been completed
Note: These guidelines apply for the members who used registered email address with @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @msn.com, or @live.com domains
