PREPARATION:

Prepare 2 Devices:

  • Mobile Phone
  • PC/Laptop/Tablet/Other Mobile Phone to access https://fasapay.com/

Choose one of the following authenticator apps

  • Google Authenticator (Android, iOS)
  • Authy (Android, iOS, Chrome)
  • Microsoft Authenticator (Android, iOS)
  • FreeOTP (Android, iOS)

How to activate your Authenticator App

  1. Download the Authenticator App (i.e Google Authenticator) from your mobile device
  2. Login to your member area https://fasapay.com/ > Profile > Security Center
  3. Choose Authenticator App, you will find the QR Code 
  4. Scan the QR code using your Authenticator app
  5. Input the generated PIN from the Authenticator App
  6. Submit
  7. Done

How to set Authenticator App for PIN LOGIN

  1. Login to your member area https://fasapay.com/ > Profile > Pin Setting
  2. Turn On your PIN setting to the required Login Option, and choose Authenticator App
  3. Input your Master Code
  4. Submit

How to set Authenticator App for TRANSACTION

  1. Login to your member area https://fasapay.com/ > Profile > Transaction PIN
  2. Choose Setting to the Type Transaction
  3. Turn On your PIN setting, and choose Authenticator App
  4. Input your Master Code
  5. Submit

How to use Authenticator App for LOG IN

  1. Visit https://fasapay.com/ > Login
  2. Input your Account Number and Password, Click Login
  3. Open your Google Authenticator App
  4. Input the generated PIN from your Authenticator App

NOTE :
There is only one Authenticator App to be used. If you RESET AUTHENTICATION APP, then the previous Token/OTP cannot be used anymore.
